    Jon Cofsky is the Co-Founder & Creative Director of Whitepenny, a brand & digital strategy firm in Haddonfield, NJ. Over the 20-year history of Whitepenny, Jon's leadership has been instrumental in its growth and in building a diverse client base, from local companies to global brands. In his role as Creative Director, he brings vision and strategic thinking to each client, driving the creation of effective communication strategies and assets.

    Jon is not just a business leader but a dedicated community member and is actively involved with local and national non-profits. His roles on the boards of Rails to Trails (Chair), the Markeim Arts Center (Chair), the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, Executive Leaders for Advisory Boards, and the Haddonfield Youth Basketball Association demonstrate his passion for community service.

    Jon lives in Haddonfield, NJ, with his wife Abbey and their three boys, Will, Sam, and Jake, and is a proud alumnus of Boston College.

Mark's leadership has led to organic growth through enhanced customer and employee engagement, product expansion, delivery excellence, and increased market share, resulting in substantial shareholder value.

    A visionary thought leader, he has been recognized and featured globally in prestigious publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Alto Nivel (Mexico’s Forbes), and various global periodicals. His background encompasses corporate strategy, business model innovation, and transformational initiatives. With a track record guiding organizations from pre-IPO startups to multi-billion-dollar multinationals, Mark applies a disciplined approach to strategic planning and execution. He is known for his forward-thinking ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, which inspires those around him. His significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, software, oil and gas, and technology is a testament to his innovative approach.

    Mark's extensive global experience, spanning 47 countries across five continents, is a testament to his adaptability and cultural sensitivity. His experience as an expatriate in Canada, China, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Syria has broadened his horizons and equipped him with the skills to navigate diverse cultural landscapes efficiently. This rich experience instills confidence in his ability to work effectively in any cultural context, a key strength in today's global business environment.

    He holds an MBA from Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management, and a BA from Potsdam College of Arts and Sciences.

    Thomas P. Scurria

    Serving CEOs/Founders to benefit from over 27 years of experience with large, diversified services companies and 13 years as an entrepreneur/founder of two companies. Tom is dedicated to leveraging his strategy, finance, and operations experience to successfully guide companies through opportunities and pitfalls. Mentoring by emphasizing an “Ownership Culture DNA ©,” focusing all functional areas on value creation, infusing stakeholders with an owner’s risk/reward perspective grounded in “cash flow real-ville,” and motivating teams to over-perform. His experience living through leveraged buyouts and as a personally at-risk entrepreneur forms his Ownership Culture discipline.

    Background includes 23 years with Aramark Corporation in corporate planning/development, interest rate exposure management, debt/equity financing and treasury. The Aramark leveraged buyout exposure early in his career gave him a laser focus on ownership decision-making. He also served as Vice President of planning for a $1.0 billion division responsible for strategy, business plans, acquisitions, contract negotiations, and shepherding multi-million dollar capital commitments for major sports and entertainment venues. Operational responsibilities included over 50 retail gift shop locations with $150 million in volume and facility management operations in the stadiums and arenas. Before Aramark, Tom worked for four years with Deloitte Touché.

    Tom's entrepreneurial journey includes founding a multi-site franchisee food service company. His responsibilities spanned financing, land development/zoning, construction, staffing, accounting, and operations. The partnership owns and manages real estate. Tom's extensive experience in re-negotiating financings with banks, government-guaranteed debt, leases, and vendor contracts is a testament to his resilience and business acumen. His personal experience of making payroll from his pocket is a testament to his commitment and dedication.

    Dave is a seasoned executive with a 30+ year background in the services and technology sectors. His expertise is guiding private companies with revenues between $250K and $5M+, helping them develop and implement technology strategies to expand revenue, improve margins, and secure a competitive edge. He has served as a Board Advisor for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has played a pivotal role in acquiring a private company, demonstrating his ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Dave’s particular area of specialization is introducing tech-enabled solutions to the market, focusing on leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics.

    Dave recently served as the SVP of Global Data Analytics Strategy at AllCloud. At this leading global cloud computing professional services firm, he was instrumental in establishing their North American Cloud Data & AI Practice, a testament to his visionary leadership. This initiative led to a remarkable 300% increase in revenue, surpassing goals in both sales bookings and margins. Before his tenure at AllCloud, Dave was the Founder and CEO of Integress Inc., a business that AllCloud later acquired. Integress was a Data and AI professional services firm that helped SMBs leverage their data assets to add significant value, such as $2M+ in cost savings and $1M+ from a new revenue stream.  Dave has consistently driven growth throughout his career by developing and implementing technology-focused growth strategies, managing sales and market entry strategies, and overseeing profit and loss.
